Cost, price or profit?
Your lemonade stand: each cup uses 0,30 € of lemons, 0,10 € of sugar and a 0,10 € cup. You sell at 1 €.
Share the starter budget
The class fair gives each team 20 pretend tokens to start the upcycled-bag business.
When do we break even?
Your stand cost 12 € for a table cloth and a jug (once). Each cup earns 0,50 € profit.
Fixed or variable cost?
For the upcycled-bag stall, some costs happen once; others grow with every bag you make.
Set a fair price
Each upcycled bag costs you 1,50 € in materials. Classmates said they'd pay between 3 € and 5 €. A shop sells new bags at 12 €.
Keep a money log
At the end of the fair day your team has a box of pretend tokens and a pile of receipts. Time to close the day properly.
