These are examples we made ourselves to show the kind of thing a session produces. They are not the work of real participants — the Academy has not run its programmes yet. The day it has, these are replaced by real projects, with permission, and we will say whose they are.

Schools, colleges and universities — €10 per student / hour
Minimum 20 participants. Fits a class, a club, a project group or a staff training day.
Courses: 3h — introduction to AI; 8h — short course for a class or club; 20h — curricular project or bootcamp; 60h — full AI-literacy programme
What they learn: the fundamentals of AI; prompting with critical thinking; checking sources and answers; ethics, privacy and responsible use; AI applied to research, writing, image, video and presentation; using AI without copying, without depending on it and without losing your own thinking; building curricular projects or a portfolio
Results: students build real projects; teachers receive materials and a pedagogical structure; the school gains an adaptable AI-literacy programme; optional closing showcase, certificate or internal presentation
Worked example: 20 students × 8h × €10 = €1,600
Councils, libraries and public bodies — €8 per participant / hour
Minimum 40 participants across the whole programme, which can be split between groups, schools, libraries, parishes or open sessions.
Courses: 3h — open AI-literacy session; 8h — short cycle in a library or public space; 20h — community programme; 60h — full municipal programme
What they learn: a clear introduction to artificial intelligence; safe, practical use of AI tools; digital literacy; disinformation, sources and verification; privacy and personal data; creativity, communication and problem-solving; AI applied to daily life, school, work and community
Results: the council launches a visible AI-literacy initiative; libraries and public spaces gain educational programming; young people, families and older residents gain digital confidence; local teams end up with a shared language about AI; optional final report, public showcase or certificate of attendance
Worked example: 40 participants × 20h × €8 = €6,400
Companies — €15 per participant / hour
Minimum 10 participants; 10 to 25 per group works best.
Courses: 3h — practical introduction to AI at work; 8h — short course for teams; 20h — productivity and automation bootcamp; 60h — full internal enablement programme
What they learn: the fundamentals of generative AI; prompting for real work; task automation; analysis, writing, summarising and research with AI; building presentations, documents and content; privacy, confidentiality and responsible use; the limits of AI and how to validate a result; practical workflows per role and per team
Results: teams gain practical productivity; participants leave with workflows they can apply to their own work; the company builds a shared language about AI; fewer repetitive tasks; optional internal playbook, templates and certificate
Worked example: 10 participants × 8h × €15 = €1,200
The final figure depends on: number of participants, total hours, number of sessions, travel, on site, online or hybrid, level of customisation, materials, certificates, training for leaders, teachers or teams. There is no automatic checkout here, on purpose. An institutional programme is quoted, not bought from a shelf.
