Life satisfaction score (0 to 10) of the happiest countries, from 2011 to 2025

People are asked to imagine a ladder from 0 (the worst possible life) to 10 (the best possible life) and to say which step they stand on. The average is the score.
The Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland) are almost always near the top. In this data Finland has been first since 2017.
Money matters, but so do friends and family, trust, safety and having a say in your own life.
